contact

If you’d like to take the next step and find out more about how we could work together, you can book a free 60 minute initial consultation call with me here using the button below….

There are options for a phonecall or for a zoom call, whichever you prefer (if you are outside the UK, please opt for the zoom call, thanks!):

This call is an opportunity for me to get an idea of where you are now, what you are struggling with, and where you want to be. Plus, there is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have, and to get clear and detailed answers.

This is a beneficial process to go through in and of itself, while also allowing me to get a sense of which of the ways of working together that I offer might work best for you.

Talking on the phone, or via zoom, before starting therapy, also allows us both to get an idea of whether or not we would be a good fit to work together.

Booking a call simply ensures that we can talk at a time where both of us can be relatively free from distractions. You can also feel free to simply give me a call if you prefer, or send me an email, and I’ll call you back when I can / email you back answers to any question.

And if you’d like to work with me for a shorter time period to get to know me a little, before committing to the ‘Imagination versus Anxiety’ process or to ‘ongoing therapy’, you may want to….

….check out the Create Your Own Calm, or Create Your Own Confidence sessions,

….or take a look at the workshops and training page, to see if I am running a public workshop or training some time soon.

If you would like to explore the possibility of a workshop or training for your workplace, school, university or organisation, please take a look at my workshops and training page and feel free to contact me by phone or email to discuss this further.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

online therapy via zoom

I also work online via zoom, and online appointments are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and sometimes on Tuesdays or Fridays.

I first started doing therapy using zoom during the lockdowns and he more I use it, the more I find it to be a powerful and effective way of conducting therapy and training.

I have many clients that I’ve worked with in different parts of the UK or internationally who have gone through their entire therapy process online via zoom and had great sucess engaging in therapy in this way.

If you would like to do therapy online but have hesitations or concerns about working in this way, or you are just not sure how to use the technology, please do get in touch and I will happily explore your concerns with you and provide additional information and reassurance on this front if possible, as well as providing instructions and guidance on using Zoom if necessary.

The Practice Rooms, Clifton, Bristol

The Practice Rooms, Clifton, Bristol

There are different ‘Practice Rooms’ in different parts of Bristol, and a few dotted around in other places as well. Each and every one of them is decorated in a pleasing and interesting way, with lovely antique treasures and oddments, baskets of dried flowers, paintings on the walls, and quirky vintage lamps, lanterns and carpets. And I particularly love working at this new centre at 14 St. Paul’s Road in Clifton. The rooms in this beautiful period building have all been dressed in the lovely Practice Rooms style, so that they are all spaces you can really enjoy spending time in, places well suited to conversation, reflection and relaxation,  making them ideal for hypnotherapy.  I am usually based here on St. Paul’s Road in Clifton on Wednesdays and Thursdays, seeing hypnotherapy clients on Wednesdays day-time and evening, as well as Thursday day-time.

I have a little shepherd’s hut in our garden, with a lovely woodburner to keep it nice and warm and cosy in the winter, and lovely opening windows to keep it nice and cool in the summer.

It’s an ideal place for therapy, – a peaceful little spot where you can hear the birds from the trees all around, and next to a little wildlife pond that brings in frogs and dragonflies in the warmer months.

Address is provided when you book in for therapy work – it’s in pretty central Radstock, only a 10 minute walk from the high street.
